Right now we are facing an interesting time in our country and in our economy.  As a real estate professional everyone always asks me “how is the market?”   The reality of the market is that yes it has changed but does that mean that there are not opportunities still out there?  We all keep hearing negative things from the media but properties are still being bought and sold.  Yes home values have changed, credit criteria has changed but more importantly consumer thoughts must change as well.  Taking the “negatives” we are seeing along the board and turning them into positive choices and investments is something that must be done to protect our long term investments.   Real estate is just that a long term investment and by consulting a real estate professional he or she can help you understand the changes in the market we are all facing.   As someone entrenched in the financial and real estate markets the changes are real in my world also.  That means I am here with you learning but more importantly listening, to you, to your needs and to help you sift through the economic turmoil.  I am open to questions so please don’t hesitate to ask!
