Courtland is a fulltime professional Realtor with Prudential Gammons Realty. Courtland began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker learning the intricate ropes of the real estate market, them making the leap to Gammons in November of 2006 to expand professionally. In January of 2007 Courtland decided it was time to grow his business to better meet his customers’ and clients’ needs, from that the McPherson Group was born.
Not just a Realtor, Courtland lives in the heart of South Kingstown in the village of Wakefield. In his free time not showing buyers homes, analyzing the current market or taking phone calls Courtland spends his time enhancing his culinary skills. “I love to cook, creating a great dish is like painting a beautiful picture” Courtland says. Among his hobbies of golfing, biking, and reading a great literary novel, he also moonlights as a volunteer firefighter. Courtland notes that there is nothing like “helping to protect the homes you buy” or sell for that matter.
